Policies

Booking fee is required for all the appointments.

Under no circumstances is a booking fee refundable for late cancellations – no exceptions. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled without the minimum of 72 hours notice provided, will result in your booking fee being forfeited or late cancellation fees will be charged on your card which will be 50% of the service booked in (whichever is greater).

All booking fees paid are NON REFUNDABLE. If you cancel the appointment outside the 72hrs timeframe, the booking fee will be transferred as a credit to your future appointment within one year from the original appointment date *

Please understand that 72 hrs will be counted by the hours from the time of your appointment.

--Covid cancellations including close contacts/isolation/tested positive will be treated as a cancellation.--

 

We are closed after 4pm on Saturday, ALL DAY Sunday and Monday.

If you submit a cancellation or rescheduling request during our designated off days, please note that our response may be delayed until the following Tuesday.

Why We Have a 72-Hour Policy: To maintain a healthy work-life balance for our team members, we have implemented a 72-hour policy. This time frame allows us to avoid being on our phones during our designated days off, promoting a positive and sustainable work environment.

We understand unforeseen circumstances  happen and you may need to cancel an appointment. We ask that you give 72 hours notice so we can adjust our schedule to accommodate other clients.
If you are unwell with a communicable illness, please contact us ASAP to reschedule your appointment promptly. (Cancellation policy still applies)
Although we sympathise with illness and family emergencies, we cannot be responsible for any last minute cancellations or no shows. Unfortunately, exceptions to this policy are not permitted.

You must cancel/reschedule your appointment via the link in your email confirmation/reminder in your inbox or written notice via text message/email within the timeframe to avoid any fee.

Late Arrival

Please arrive to your appointment on time. If late arrival is inevitable, your service will be shortened in order to keep on schedule and you will be still be required to pay “full price” of the service.

If you are late more than 15 mins, we will considered it as no show/late cancellation. 

Children or guests

We kindly request that clients ensure children are not present and unsupervised during appointments.

In the event that children are present and unsupervised, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the appointment, and our cancellation policy will take effect.

If you want to make the most of your time at our salon, it would be best for you to leave your children with another caretaker. Our salon is not equipped to provide child care.

 No friends, partners and especially children and pets are allowed to come into the salon room during your appointment.

If you bring a child to your appointment, you will not be allowed to have that appointment and you will be charged a full fee for your appointment.

Late Cancellation/No-Show

If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment or do not show up to a scheduled appointment, you are subject to termination fees - termination fees equate to the full amount of the scheduled service. After a no show you will not be able to book an appointment unless it is paid in full at time of booking. Absolutely no refunds.

Reschedule

Please note that you are able to reschedule only twice per one appointment or you will have to pay another booking fee. If you have any issues, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Appointments rescheduled without a minimum of 72 hours notice, your booking fees will be forfeited or late cancellation fees will be charged ( 50% of service booked in).

Surcharge

Surcharges applies for card payments.

A 25% surcharge applies for appointments on Sunday, Public holidays and outside of our working hours.

Eyelash Extensions Client

IMPORTANT INFORMATIONS


Please understand that we have the right to refuse to follow your request if the length or thickness that you wanted will cause damage to your natural lashes.

A foreign fill fee is applicable. For new clients, a refill is available for an additional charge of $30. Please select the add-on 'Foreign Fill'.

If you have lash extensions from another artist that were applied more than 3 weeks ago, please book a new set and include the 'Removal' option, or contact us before booking to discuss further.

Please do not book if you have had a lash lift done within the past 6 weeks, or if you’ve had your brows or eyeliner tattoo.

If for any reason you experience any unusual retention issue with your lash extensions, you must contact us within 3 days of your appointment. You must come see us within 3 working days from your appointment. This is your window! If you choose to wait then you are subject to normal refill policies. No exception.


Bridal Lashes - We love helping brides look fabulous for their big day.  If you are booking lashes for your wedding but never get extensions done previously - please book a patch test.
