Day 1 – Recap & Application

10:00 am - 3:00 pm  with light lunch provided.

  • Recap Basic Fundamental

  • Holding tweezers

  • Applying extensions to lashes

  • Isolating lashes correctly

  • Supervised practice on a mannequin and sponge

Day 2 – Eyelash Extension Styling + Live Model

10:00 am - 5:00 pm  with light lunch provided.

  • Identify client features

  • Mapping

  • Type of Lash Extensions

  • Refills & Removals

  • Taping Techniques

  • Lash Photography

  • 3.5 hour supervised live model practice

Day 3 – Marketing, Advertising, Basic Volume + Live Model

10:00 am - 5:00 pm  with light lunch provided.

  • How to pick up pre-made fans without damaging them.

  • How to attach premade fans.

  • 3.5 hour supervised live model practice



The lash supplies provided in the kits are all personally tested, high quality eyelash extension products so you'll be working with the best right from the start!

Our course also covers a commonly overlooked skill - lash photography. We will show you how to take photographs of your amazing work. A picture is worth a thousand words. Producing quality images and video content across your website, social media and other digital channels not only catches the reader's interest, but also improves your visibility online.

Images on your website and social media are often the first impressions of your business. So, it’s absolutely vital to put your best foot forward and make your business stand out.

Enrolling is very simple. Select your course dates and payment method - you can pay upfront or use our payment plan.

Once you have completed the checkout process, you will receive an email with an enrolment form to complete. Once we’ve processed your application, we’ll be in touch via email with more details about your course.

 

FAQs

  • Once a course has been booked, all students have 7 days to withdraw from enrolment. After this period has expired, courses that are cancelled will not receive a refund, however they can be rescheduled provided sufficient notice is given.

    Any reschedule more than 30 business days notice will occur $500 alteration fee.

    If a course needs to be rescheduled more than once, or inside of 30 business days but more than 14 business days from the course commencement date, there will be a fee at $750 per day.

    There will be no refund if you fail to attend , cancelled the class or no show.

  • Upon completing successful models submissions, you will receive a Certificate of Completion from Whiplash Training Centre.

    AMBI issued nationally recognised Statement of Attainment for SHBBMUP008 Apply Eyelash Extension upon successful completion of this short course for an additional fee of $399

    In order to become certified you will need to :

    -Successfully complete the course and its materials.

    -Once you have completed your training, you are required to submit assessments. You must pass 12 assessments in order to get certification.

  • The lash industry in Australia is not regulated there is no requirement to be "nationally accredited" or a formal beauty qualification in order for someone to become a lash artist.

    You will be qualified and able to work as a Lash Artist upon successfully completing this course.

  • We are a nationally recognised training provider and offer government accredited training courses.

    This means on successful completion of your course, you will receive a nationally recognised qualification.

    While the short course is quicker and cheaper, it does not teach you many things such as correct safety and hygiene, how to troubleshoot problems with adhesive, dealing with clients, and detailed theories that will equip you to set up your own business.

    Instead of just teaching basic application, we incorporate every troubleshoot, issue and difficulty we encountered over the years from doing clients' lashes, so that you won't have to worry about continuing to make mistakes like we did.
